THAI EASY RED PORK CURRY RECIPE

 

1 tablespoon prepared red curry paste

1 can @ 14 ounces coconut milk

1 pound julienne pork loin or other meat

1 pound julienne bamboo shoots

3 each lime leaves

3 tablespoons fish sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

2 to 5 sliced chilies/Thai chili powder

As need to thin water, stock, or brown sauce

  1. Lightly sauté curry paste till fluid, add all the remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until tender
  2. Add sugar, fish sauce and lime juice to taste
  3. Serve with chilies and basil
